They Threatened to Kill Her: Karystianou Accuses Mitsotakis of High Treason

❗Maria Karystianou Threatened – Shocking Revelations After Her Proposal to Investigate Mitsotakis

Maria Karystianou, president of the Association of Relatives of the Tempi Victims, has reported threats against her life and her family. Her official complaint, now filed with the Organized Crime Division, is a chilling reminder of how deeply compromised Greece’s justice and political system has become.

🔥 “They told me: Linking Mitsotakis with high treason cannot go unpunished”

Following her formal request for a Parliamentary Preliminary Investigation and her direct accusation of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis for high treason, Ms. Karystianou received a personal and targeted threat.

“They told me that even just connecting the Mitsotakis name to the crime of high treason cannot go unpunished. Even if it leads nowhere.”

This was not a vague warning. It was pointed and explicit—including suggestions of a “strange traffic accident” and warnings to “watch her other child.” This was a clear attempt at intimidation.

🛑 “Accidents happen” – Threat disguised as advice?

A retired officer allegedly sent a message via intermediaries warning Karystianou not to “step out in front too much,” because “it’s summer and strange things happen.” This sort of language evokes the behavior of state-adjacent mafia structures.

Now that the case is in the hands of both the Anti-Blackmail Unit and Organized Crime Division, the justice system must protect the whistleblower—not delay or ignore.

⚖️ When courage is punished and criminals are protected

“I wasn’t surprised. I know exactly who I’ve gone up against. I won’t hide.”

What is even more shocking than the threat is the passivity of state institutions. When asked if she expects judicial action, Karystianou replies bluntly:

“I don’t think so…”

This alone reflects the collapse of public trust in Greek democracy and rule of law.

🇺🇸 Message to Ambassador Kimberly Guilfoyle:

Greece is not a democracy when the mother of a victim is threatened for demanding justice. When ex-police act as messengers of intimidation. When simply uttering the word “treason” provokes fear instead of investigation.

Maria Karystianou is not alone. We are with her.

There’s a Heavier Weight on the Acropolis Than Any Adidas Campaign

Posted on May 17, 2025July 27, 2025

While the internet explodes over Adidas’ controversial advertisement featuring a sneaker hovering above the Acropolis, we risk missing a far deeper insult—one not made of fabric or logos, but of silence, manipulation, and institutional betrayal. Because the weight on the Acropolis is not just commercial. It’s political. Historical. Ethical. Let’s…
