Tempi Was No Accident: How Greece’s Deep State Uses Judges to Bury the Truth

welcomekimberly.com was created for one purpose: to expose the corrupt alliance between the Greek government and the judiciary. We stand proudly with President Trump, and with the truth. Today, we begin a new series of revelations. This is not theory — it is proven fact. The first case? Tempi.

On February 28, 2023, fifty-seven people — mostly students — were killed in Greece’s worst train disaster. Officially, the government called it “human error.” But the truth — revealed and pursued from the very beginning by the victims’ families — is far more disturbing: the crash was not only preventable, it was actively covered up. Their relentless efforts forced international media, including The Sunday Times, to finally report what the Greek state tried to bury.

The Evidence They Buried

According to The Sunday Times, many passengers were still alive after the initial crash. In a heartbreaking voice recording recovered from the scene, one girl tells her best friend, “Marthi, we are going to die. I love you.” Moments later, a fireball — likely caused by undeclared flammable chemicals on the freight train — incinerated the surviving victims.

The Greek government claimed these were silicone leaks from generators. But a report by independent expert Vassilis Kokotsakis suggests otherwise: solvents were likely illegally transported without being declared. These chemicals suffocated the victims — literally. Their final words: “We have no oxygen.”

Destroyed Evidence, No Justice

Instead of investigating, the authorities rushed to clear the crash site, potentially destroying crucial evidence. A €41 million EU-funded safety upgrade — Contract 717 — was never completed. Sixteen people were summoned for fraud. But no politician, no minister, no senior official has been charged with the deaths of 57 people. Only minor rail staff face trial.

Why? Because in Mitsotakis’ Greece, justice is only for the unprotected. The courts are not just blind — they are weaponized.

The Judges Who Protect the Killers

In Greece, corrupt judges are not the exception. They are the system. The Tempi cover-up is just one example. Judges and prosecutors serve the government, not the people. They silence investigations, bury criminal files, and block accountability at every level.

This article is the first in a series. We will show names, cases, and court decisions where judges did not simply tolerate crime — they participated in it.

The People Are Rising

More than 1.35 million Greeks have signed a petition to remove immunity from politicians. 400,000 marched on the anniversary of the crash. Rage is boiling over. Even now, underground resistance is growing — and those who lied will be exposed.

Maria Karystianou, a mother who lost her daughter in the crash, is now leading the charge. She does not want revenge. She wants truth. And so do we.

Conclusion: America First, Greece Must Follow

Under President Trump, America exposed its deep state and fought back. Greece must do the same. Nea Dimokratia is a regime of privilege and deception. They use judges to cover their crimes and silence the victims. But they will not silence us.

welcomekimberly.com will continue to publish what the Greek press won’t. This is just the beginning.
